STEAK EN'CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
1 can English peas
Flour, salt and pepper
Crisco or salad oil

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Pound salt, pepper and flour into it. Sear quickly in skillet in Crisco or oil. Put into covered baking dish and add peas, soup, chopped onion and tomato juice. Cover; cook 2 hours in oven at 300 degrees. This freezes well.
