CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1 bag herb stuffing mix
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
salt and pepper

Saute onions and celery in butter. Spray 9 x 13 dish with oil to keep from sticking. Line bottom of dish with 1 cup of stuffing mix. Cover with chicken pieces and cooked onion and celery. Put another cup of stuffing mix over this. Mix mushroom soup with milk and pour over the entire dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
