FETTUCCINE ROSINA 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. half and half
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. (2 oz.) Gruyere cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 clove crushed garlic
8 oz. fettuccine, plain or green
1/2 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat with half and half. Stir in Parmesan, Gruyere, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Cook fettuccine according to package directions and drain. Add hot fettuccine to sauce and mix. Put onto a warmed platter. Add Gorgonzola and Mozzarella cheeses. Toss well. Sprinkle with parsley.

Serves 4.
