CHILI DIP 
You can't get much easier than this.

15 oz. can chili without beans
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Corn chips

Heat together the chili and cream cheese, either over medium-low heat, in a microwave, or in a double boiler. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and heated through. Transfer to a serving dish, preferably one which will keep the dip hot. Serve with the chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
