MY DAUGHTER DAWN'S LASAGNA 
1 lb. Creamette lasagna
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef, fried
1 lb. dry cottage cheese

Brown ground beef and onions. Add tomato sauce; season to taste. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Cook lasagna as directed on package; drain and chill (cold water). Arrange 1 layer of cooked lasagna in parallel strips in bottom of greased pan and cover with sauce. Add thin layer of Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese. Repeat layers until all the lasagna has been used. Cottage cheese should be last. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
