MACARONI & CHEESE 
5 lb. macaroni, cooked
2-2 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
6 qt. thin white sauce
Salt to cook macaroni

WHITE SAUCE:

3 c. flour
3 c. butter
6 qt. milk
2 tsp. salt

Melt butter. Add flour, stirring for 1-2 minutes; slowly add milk. Add grated cheese and salt. Combine cheese sauce with macaroni. Bake at 375 degrees. Serves 75 people.
