MACARONI & CHEESE 
16 oz. white cheddar cheese, cubed
3/4 - 1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

While macaroni is cooking make sauce of flour, butter and milk in medium saucepan. Add cheese cubes, stirring until melted. Drain macaroni, pour into buttered baking dish. Pour sauce over macaroni; mix well. Bake 3/4 hour or until browned at 350 degrees.
