COUNTRY CHICKEN 
4 med. potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs.), cut into bite size chunks
1 lb. hot Italian sausage links, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
4 med. green or red peppers, cut into bite size pieces
1 lg. onion, quartered and separated into pieces
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans

About 1 hour before serving: in large open roasting pan, mix potatoes, sausage and salad oil. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Cut each piece of chicken breast in half; add with next 5 ingredients to pan, tossing to mix with ingredients in pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Separate frozen green beans under running warm water; drain on paper towels. Sprinkle green beans over chicken mixture; bake 15 to 20 minutes longer until chicken and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
