LEMON BARS 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

Mix until moist and crumbly. Press one half of crumbs in bottom of oblong pan or dish, 9 x 13, lightly buttered. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cream together 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Spread cream cheese mixture oven first layer; then sprinkle rest of crumbs evenly over top and bake another 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool; cut into squares.
