ITALIAN EGG BISCUITS 
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon or vanilla extract
5 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients well. Let dough mixture rise 1/2 hour. Then roll into balls or as desired. Brush top of biscuits with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
