CHILI PEPPER CASSEROLE 
8 corn tortillas
1 can diced ortega chili peppers
6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk

Combine last 5 ingredients. Layer in casserole, starting with cream mixture, tortillas, ending with cream mixture and more grated cheese on top. Let set overnight or make in morning to be baked that evening.

Bake 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
