MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Combine ingredients and beat 3 to 4 minutes. Grease and flour 2 (8 inch) cake pans. Preheat oven and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Then add icing.

ICING:

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) cool whip

Beat until thick, add cool whip and refrigerate.
