CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 box Escort crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 stick butter

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix soups, sour cream and mushrooms. Add chicken.

Roll crackers into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Place 1/2 cracker crumb mixture in 2 quart dish. Add chicken mixture and top with other 1/2 of cracker mixture. Bake until bubbly at 350 degrees.
