EASY SOUR CREAM CAKE 
Good served warm, with ice cream or whipped topping!

1 egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Beat egg, add both sugars, stir in sour cream to which baking soda has been added. Fold in flour which has been sifted with cinnamon. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and pecans.

Bake in greased 9-inch square pan at 375°F for 45 minutes or more. Don't overbake, cake should be moist.
