BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
10 to 12 pork chops
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 med. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cover and cook slowly 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender or bake in 350 degree oven.
