PEACH SALAD 
1 lg. box peach Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Stir in sugar. Let cool until it begins to gel. Add pineapple. Mix cream cheese with one cup warm water until dissolved. Add to Jello mixture. Blend in Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator.
