MEXICAN FRUITCAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well - bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Walnuts

Beat until smooth. Spread on warm, not hot cake. Sprinkle with walnuts.
