COUNTRY STYLE STEAK 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together and blend in 1/4 cup flour. Using baking dish with bottom floured with 2 tablespoons flour, press meat mixture in dish firmly and sprinkle the top with 2 tablespoons flour.

Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove, cut into squares and place in a pan. Pour brown gravy over meat. Cover with Reynolds Wrap and place in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 250 degrees. Serves approximately 5. Use brown gravy mix packages, 2 packages.
