Mix in order given:

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. oil
3 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
12 tbsp. sugar
7 tbsp. cocoa powder for baking

The batter gets lumpy, so it's best to stir up with a wire whip.
