CHOP SUEY STEW 
2 lb. chop suey meat
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
1 sm. can bean sprouts
Molasses
Soy sauce

Brown meat mixture in shortening. Cover with water, add onions and celery, simmer until soft. Add 1 teaspoon of molasses, add bean sprouts. Thicken with cornstarch (slowly) then simmer.

Serve over rice or noodles. Flavor with soy sauce.
