CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
1 hen
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 cans tomato paste
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 boxes spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. cumino
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can English peas

Cook chicken in water to cover until tender. Remove chicken, bone and set broth aside. Brown celery, onions, garlic and green pepper in butter. Add to broth. Replace chicken meat. Add paste, soup, seasonings and peas. Cook slowly for 1 hour or more. Add spaghetti and cook until spaghetti is done. Serve with grated cheese.
