MARINATED ARTICHOKE 
1 box chicken Rice a Roni
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
12 stuffed olives, chopped

SAUCE:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Marinade from artichokes

Prepare rice and cool. Add chopped ingredients and sauce. Mix. Refrigerate overnight.
