PECAN TOFFEE ROLLS 
1 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour, unsifted
8 sq. semi-sweet chocolate (8 oz.)
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 jelly roll pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees

Beat together butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in flour and spread on greased pan. Bake 25 minutes. While crust is baking, melt chocolate. Pour over crust while warm and sprinkle with nuts.
