CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. fresh cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. Bisquick

Cut berries in quarters. Mix with sugar and set aside. Combine next four ingredients and add to Bisquick. Stir until moistened. Fold in berries. Fill greased tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
