PEACH CRINKLE 
1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
1 1/4 c. pie crust mix
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
butter
Cool Whip

Place peaches in medium sized baking dish. Add lemon rind, if used. Crumble pie crust mix and sugar together, mixing well. Dust onto peaches and dot liberally with butter. Bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven. Serve warm with warm cream or milk. Makes 6 servings.
