BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. Country style spareribs pork
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
chopped onions, amount to taste

Mix all above. Roll each rib in B-b-q sauce. Place in shallow roasting pan. (I use a 9 x 13 inch glass dish). Bake at 350 degrees, about every 45 minutes. I turn the ribs and put a little more sauce on them. Continue this until done, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. If they become to dark, cover with foil.
