CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 tsp. vanilla (rum or brandy)
1/2 c. heavy cream (whipped for decoration)
Chocolate shavings
Lady Fingers (optional)

In double boiler melt chocolate; remove from heat. Beat in eggs and yolks, one at a time. Add flavoring; set aside. Fold in egg whites, fold in whipped cream; mix thoroughly. Put in dishes, decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
