PARMESAN STICKS 
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 loaf good quality white bread, frozen
1+ c. melted butter (not diet)

Mix Parmesan and corn flakes together. Keep bread in freezer and remove 2 slices at a time. Trim crusts, dip in melted butter, then cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet and cut into 5 stick-like pieces.

Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until light brown. May be made ahead, baked and then refrigerated or frozen (sealed tightly in Saran). Reheat before serving.
