5 lg. potatoes 1/2 c. sweet cream 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter (generous) 1/2 c. flour to each c. mashed potatoes Boil potatoes with salted water. Mash fine, add cream, butter and salt. Beat until light and fluffy. Let cool, add flour. Roll very thin, bake on lefse grill. Wrap in towels to cool. |
