LAYERED SALAD 
1/2 head shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped parsley
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
4 carrots, grated
1/2 pkg. frozen baby peas, thawed
1 lg. can sliced black olives
4-6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
1 lg. red onion, chopped

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dill
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream

Layer all vegetables in large bowl. End with Cheddar cheese. Then put on a layer of dressing. Sprinkle bacon on top.
