HOT SAUSAGE HILDAS 
1 lb. hot sausage
1-2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Party rye or pumpernickel slices of bread

Fry sausage and pour off grease. Add Velveeta cheese to melt. Spread above mixture on bread slices and put under broiler for a few minutes to brown.
