JERKY 
Meat strips
Black pepper
Seasoned salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt
1/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into strips about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Put in layers in glass dish. Sprinkle each layer with equal amounts of pepper and salts.

Mix soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.

Place marinated strips on a cookie sheet and bake in oven for about 5 to 6 hours. Turn one time during cooking time. Bake at 225 degrees.
