FABULOUS FILBERT BARS 
1 c. chopped filberts
1 c. butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
12 oz. butterscotch chips
5 c. pastel mini marshmallows
1 3/4 c. coconut

Toast filberts in 350 degree oven for 5-8 minutes. Melt butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips over low heat. Cool slightly. Add marshmallows, filberts and 3/4 cup of coconut. Mix well. Pat mixture into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Cool in refrigerator. Cut into very small bars.
