FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pineapple juice

Cook these ingredients until thick and then let cool.

Fold in:

3/4 c. chopped celery
3 med. diced apples
1 (20 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. container Cool Whip

Put in 9 x 12 inch pan and freeze. Set out about an hour before serving.
