HAMBURGER BURGUNDY 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. burgundy wine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash Tabasco sauce

Form ground beef into small patties and brown in salted skillet. Sprinkle onion on top of patties while cooking. Mix wine, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl; spoon over patties toward the end of cooking and simmer.
