HASH BROWNS AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick Parkay
2 lb. bag hash browns, partially thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. container sour cream
Paprika

Thaw hash browns. In a 3 quart casserole, melt Parkay. Add hash browns, onion, sour cream, salt, soup and half of the cheese in layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts. Serves 10 to 12.
