SIZZLING HAMBURGERS 
2 lb. ground beef
Barbecue sauce

Divide the hamburger into 8 parts. Shape each part into a patty about 1/4 inch thick. Place the patties on grill 4 inches from hot coals. Drizzle the patties with a little barbecue sauce. Cook about 4 minutes and turn with pancake turner. Drizzle the other sides of the patties with barbecue sauce. Cook about 4 minutes more, or until done.
