HARDEES BISCUITS 
Sift:

4 c. Martha White self-rising flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar

Add:

3/4 c. Crisco

Mix until flaky. Add 2 cups buttermilk. Mixture will be sticky. Turn on floured board and knead 10 times. Roll out and cut biscuits 1" thick. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
