RACCOON TAILS 
4 1/2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 c. flour
2/3 c. chocolate chips

Put butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Mix with spoon until blended. Beat in egg. Stir in baking powder, salt and flour until smooth. Drop lumps of dough onto cookie sheet. Coat fingers with flour and press and push each lump of dough into a tail-shaped cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 0 minutes. Heat chocolate chips over hot water or double boiler. Using a spoon make stripes on cookies and dip each end. Dry on wax paper. Cookies will look like raccoon tails!
