CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 lg. cucumbers
1 med. yellow onion
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2-3 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tbsp. white vinegar
2-3 tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut cucumbers into thin slices in large bowl. Add onion, using only desired amount. Add remaining ingredients, then toss and taste. The oil, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper should all be to personal taste. Let sit an hour or so before serving. Serve chilled.
