1 box Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow)
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
3 bananas
2 lg. (or 3 sm.) instant vanilla puddings
4 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 med. container Cool Whip
1 sm. can coconut (optional)

Mix box cake according to directions; baked in a greased/floured rectangular pan. Beat milk and cream cheese together with puddings. Cool cake. Top cake with drained pineapple. Slice bananas on top of pineapple. Pour milk, cream cheese and pudding mixture on top of bananas. Sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate until firm.
