POTATO SKINS 
6 potatoes, baked
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 crumble bacon or bacon bits

Cool baked potato and cut into 1/2 inch. Carefully scoop out potato pulp cover with melted butter. Cover with Cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
