ELSIE'S SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
Onion
Bell pepper
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
Shredded cheese
Squash

Cook squash in microwave approximately 6 minutes. Brown 1 pound hamburger meat, onion and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spray Pam in casserole dish. Layer in dish meat, squash and shredded cheese. Put spoonfuls of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees (or microwave) until soup and cheese are melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
