SEAFOOD SWINGER 
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can shrimp
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
Buttered bread crumbs for top

Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, covered. Uncover and continue baking just long enough to brown crumbs.
