CHEESE POTATOES 
2 boxes hash brown potatoes, frozen
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sour cream
Sm. amount of chopped onion
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Corn flakes, crushed

Let frozen hash browns, thaw partially. Break up into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients, except for 1/4 cup melted butter, and corn flakes. Put into greased baking dish and top with corn flakes. Drizzle butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
