BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. sweet pepper
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. pimento
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can biscuits

Brown beef in 2 tablespoons fat. Add onions, pepper and brown. Add salt and mushrooms. Stir in sour cream and bring to a boil. Put in baking dish. Place biscuits on top and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
