CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT COFFEE 
6 tbsp. instant coffee (regular or decaffeinated)
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered milk or non dairy creamer
1 oz. peppermint candy, crushed (I use 2 regular size candy canes)

Mix all ingredients together. Can be put in blender to grind into fine powder. This will be like what you buy in the store. Put 2 heaping teaspoons of mix into a cup. Add 6 oz. of boiling water.
