Mix 1 box chocolate cake mix and bake according to package directions. Cool and split each layer.

FILLING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3/4 lb. coconut
20 lg. marshmallows

Cook butter, sugar and milk until slightly thick, about 7 minutes. Add coconut and marshmallows; heat until melted. Cool and stack cake with filling between layers.

ICING:

1 block of chocolate
1/4 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 box powdered sugar

Mix and heat first 3 ingredients until well blended. Add enough powdered sugar to make medium thick icing. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread on top and sides of cake.
