BROCCOLI AND HAM CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli 12 slices bread 3/4 lb. sliced sharp American cheese 2 c. diced cooked ham 6 eggs, lightly beaten 3 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. dry minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Cut bread with doughnut cutter; reserve holes and doughnuts. Tear remaining bread into bite-sized pieces; place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Arrange layers of cheese, broccoli and ham over bread; top with reserved doughnuts and holes. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over layers. Cover; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until topping is browned. 12 servings. |
