CHOCOLATE CHIP FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips (can substitute peanut butterscotch)
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
Pecans

Cook sugar, milk and butter until it comes to a hard boil. Stir the mixture constantly. Boil for 7 minutes. Remove from the stove and add chips, marshmallows and vanilla. Stir until all is melted. Add pecans and pour onto a cookie sheet and cool. Cut into squares.
